It features three lighting modes and a strobe function, including High for high-lumen and super-bright light, Medium for intense brightness and longer run time, Low for extended run times, and Strobe for signaling or disorienting. The C4 LED technology is shock-proof and has a 50,000-hour lifetime.

The deep-dish parabolic reflector produces a concentrated beam with optimum peripheral illumination, while the optimized electronics provide regulated intensity throughout the battery charge. The flashlight is powered by a NiMH battery that is rechargeable up to 1000 times and also accepts NiCd battery. It is made of 6000 series machined aircraft aluminum with a non-slip rubberized comfort grip and anti-roll rubber ring. The unbreakable polycarbonate lens has a scratch-resistant coating.
